The Orchestra has already played... ~ Photography Imaging

It was a very special Sunday in Poland yesterday. As Fio wrote, the 18th Great Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity took place in all Poland. I don't know yet how much money the volunteers in Gliwice and in all country managed to collect but, as you can see at the pictures above, they worked in extremally difficult weather conditions!
Though it was snowing all day long, people who decided to come at Krakowski Square had a good time. Punctually at eight p.m. our traditional 'light to heaven' was directed towards the sky...

Wczorajsza niedziela była w Polsce szczególna. Jak napisała Fio, odbył się 18 Finał WOŚP. Nie wiemy jeszcze, ile pieniędzy zdołali zebrać wolontariusze w Gliwicach i w całej Polsce, ale trzeba przyznać, że pracowali w ekstremalnych warunkach pogodowych. Chociaż śnieg sypał przez cały dzień, ludzie, którzy zdecydowali się przyjść na Plac Krakowski, bawili się swietnie. Punktualnie o 20.00 rozbłysło tradycyjne 'światełko do nieba'
